Arkansas WR Isaiah Sategna Makes 58-Yard Highlight-Reel Touchdown Catch Vs. Auburn

Arkansas's Winning Season

On Saturday, Arkansas faced Auburn in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Coming into this game, Arkansas had only one loss for the season, and Auburn had only two. This game was another possibility for Arkansas to showcase their talents and come out with another win under their belt.

The Razorbacks have had an incredible season so far, and quarterback KJ Jefferson led the team to a 4-0 start. In week one, Arkansas had a thrilling game against Cincinnati, which ended in an overtime win for the Razorbacks. The following week, they played South Carolina, resulting in another win with a score of 44-30. Arkansas continued their exciting season with another victory against Missouri State with an impressive score of 38-27. Then they won over Georgia Southern University with a score of 45-10.

Isaiah Sategna's Performance

Wide receiver Isaiah Sategna caught a 58-yard highlight-reel touchdown from quarterback Cade Fortin in the third quarter. The play helped Arkansas take a 35-14 lead over Auburn.

Sategna led Arkansas in receiving yards with 81. Out of the 5 catches Sategna made that day, one was for a touchdown. Bru McCoy, another Arkansas wide receiver, came very close behind Sategna with a total of 75 receiving yards out of his four receptions.

The Rest Of The Game

After Arkansas took a 21-0 lead in the first quarter, Auburn fought back to tie the game at 21-21 in the third quarter. Sategna's touchdown gave Arkansas the lead again, and the Razorbacks held on for a 35-28 victory.

Although Auburn was the first to score in the game, Arkansas quickly turned the situation around. By the end of the first quarter, Arkansas had a 21 point lead over Auburn. But Auburn's determination turned the game around in the second and third quarters. Arkansas extended their lead again by 7 points in the fourth quarter, ending the game with a close 7 point victory. Arkansas may have won this game, but it brought light to some areas that need improvement before conference play against Mississippi next weekend.
